This mailbox is the only official channel for license application requests. Other channels, such as WeChat or the technical support mailbox, no longer accept license request submissions.

Q1: Can I apply for a license through WeChat or phone?
A: To ensure process traceability and information security, all license applications must be submitted through the designated email address. Phone calls/WeChat are only used for progress inquiries in emergencies.

Q2: Is there any charge for trial license?
A: The standard trial license is provided free of charge and is usually valid for 60 days, depending on the product policy.

Q3: What should I do if the license file is lost?
A: Please resend the original application email to prodlicense@yuanshuotech.com, and indicate "reissue permission", we will resend it after verification.

Q4: How to confirm that the license has taken effect?
A: After importing the license, check the authorization status on the license management interface. If there is any abnormality, please contact technical support: support@yuanshuotech.com
