UniSpace is an easy-to-use, secure and reliable data protection software launched by Anhui Yuanshuo Technology Co., Ltd. The product version released this time is UniSpace 3.2, released on 2025-11-20. This version introduces a series of new features and improvements aimed at improving user experience and enhancing data protection capabilities.
UniSpace 3.2 newly introduces the operation audit function, which records the user page operation process. The audit scope of the current version includes user management, storage pools, service plans, and backup object operations (clients, instances, backup sets).
UniSpace 3.2 newly introduces the report function, which is used for data summary and information display, provides quantitative basis for monitoring and analyzing data, and helps users make decision support.
Two report templates are provided. Users can add custom reports to the page and write their own SQL statements to query the required information.
UniSpace 3.2 supports cloning of service plans, copy groups, plan groups, and copy policies.
UniSpace 3.2 supports setting operation windows in units of resource groups. Backup jobs are allowed to run within the window time range, and jobs outside the window time range are queued to wait.
UniSpace 3.2 deduplication currently supports the following proxy types:
All agent types are supported except VMware and Windows platforms.
UniSpace 3.2 supports file system backup and recovery on Linux platforms. Supports ext3, ext4, and xfs file systems.
UniSpace 3.2 supports file system backup and recovery on the Windows Server platform, supports Windows 2019 and above operating systems, and supports NTFS, Fat and exFat formats.
Backup supports full backup and incremental backup; recovery supports local recovery, remote recovery, data recovery only, data recovery and ACL.
Note: 1. Recovery does not support cross-platform yet.
2. File backup and restore from Windows system to Linux system is not supported at the moment.
3. File backup and restore from Linux system to Windows system is not supported at the moment.
NEW:Supports the job to directly restore the files backed up by the selected job in the unit of jobid without browsing.
NEW:Supports online browsing of the directory structure and files on the client. When configuring the client, you can view objects without logging in to the OS, and there is no need to manually enter the full path.
NEW:Client logs and download logs can be viewed online.
MySQL
UniSpace 3.2 supports backup and recovery of MySQL databases, and only supports MySQL 8.x version databases. MySQL backup supports two backup methods: mysqldump and xtrabackup. Supports incremental backup and recovery of MySQL database xtrabackup, supports MySQL full instance xtrabackup backup and recovery to a specified point in time.
Recovery supports local recovery, cross-machine recovery, log recovery, and database and log recovery to disk files.
NEW:Supports MySQL cluster management, supports one master and one slave, one master and multiple slaves architecture, and supports priority setting. Cluster master-slave switching is imperceptible and does not affect backup.
NEW:Support MySQL xtrabackup full instance backup and restore only the specified database.
PostgreSQL
UniSpace 3.2 newly supports incremental backup and recovery of MySQL database xtrabackup. Kingbase (Kingsoft Jincang)
UniSpace 3.2 supports backup and recovery of KingBase 9.x Dianke Jincang database. KingBase backup supports Dump export and full-instance physical backup. Supports master-slave replication architecture and slave node backup. Logs only support backup on the primary node.
Recovery supports local recovery, cross-machine recovery and recovery to disk files.
HighGo DB
UniSpace 3.2 supports backup and recovery of HighGo DB. HighGo DB backup supports Dump export and full-instance physical backup. Supports master-slave replication architecture and slave node backup. Logs only support backup on the primary node.

DM (Dameng)
UniSpace 3.2 supports backup and recovery of DM8 Dameng database. Dameng Backup supports full backup, incremental backup and archive log backup.Supports backup of master-slave replication architecture, read-write separation architecture, and DSC architecture. Supports DM to back up the master-slave architecture, read-write separation architecture, and DSC architecture in the form of virtual machine clusters. It supports selecting master node backup or slave node backup through page configuration. It supports setting the priority of each node and the number of running flows.
Recovery supports local recovery, cross-machine recovery, log recovery, redirection recovery, specified time point and specified LSN recovery. Supports database and log recovery to disk files.
Oracle
UniSpace 3.2 supports backup and recovery of Oracle 19C and above databases. Oracle backup supports full backup, incremental backup and archive log backup. Supports backup of stand-alone architecture, RAC architecture, and replication cluster architecture. Oracle RAC supports parallel backup of any one or multiple nodes in the cluster.
Recovery supports local recovery, cross-machine recovery, log recovery, redirection recovery, specified time point and specified SCN recovery. Supports database and log recovery to disk files.
KingWow
UniSpace 3.2 supports backup and recovery of KingWow database. KingWow backup supports online backup, supports backup of MG, TG, and DG data, and supports full backup and incremental backup.
Recovery supports local recovery, cross-machine recovery, and recovery to a specified time point and the latest time point.
Xihe
UniSpace 3.2 supports backup and recovery of Xihe database. Xihe Backup supports Dump backup method.
Recovery supports local recovery, cross-machine recovery, and recovery to disk files.
MS SQLServer
UniSpace 3.2 supports backup and recovery of MS SQLServer 2019 and above. Supports full backup, differential backup, log backup and recovery

UniSpace 3.2 supports TDSQL 10.x (MySQL) centralized backup and recovery. Supports running backup on the master node or slave node, and supports full backup, incremental backup and binlog backup.
Recovery supports local recovery and cross-machine recovery, and supports no rollback and rollback to a specified point in time. Supports restoring full and incremental data to disk.

UniSpace 3.2 supports backup and restore of Gbase 8s. Support stand-alone backup.

UniSpace 3.2 supports adding recovery plans, automatically initiates recovery operations according to the plan, and restores the database to disk. It supports mysql instance recovery, database recovery, Dameng database recovery, Oracle database recovery, and Postgresql database recovery. It supports recovery plans for GoldenDB, KingBase, HighGo DB, and Halo DB.
The recovery plan supports selecting the latest full/non-full recovery points based on the day/week/month/specified date, and initiating one-time or periodic operations.
